In 2008, a group of us decided to help IT professionals struggling to get their company’s IT – with all of its languages and functions – to work together. We were tech geeks with a passion for innovation and a proven track record in enterprise IT who saw an opportunity. So, we developed a solution that would become the world’s first Enterprise IT Management Integration platform.

Many successful projects later, Epicon has grown to become an international company that’s helping solve the key challenges facing enterprise IT, no matter the industry. We don’t just install tools or products, we work with our customers to deliver a robust IT strategy that perfectly meets their needs. We are outcome-focused, and we are proud to be a company whose customers know that we have their back.

Yair Tzur

Chief Executive Officer

My Mission: To provide our team members and customers the support needed for them to constantly keep growing and achieving their personal and professional goals, whilst having a great deal of fun in the process.

Yes, we have some of the best technologies out there, but that is only half of our secret sauce. The other half is the ecosystem we’ve built with our teams, customers, and partners, which is based on sharing mutual values and beliefs.

We treat each other with respect and empathy, and operate with uncompromising integrity. Growth, progress, and innovation are at the core of our DNA, but so is a healthy lifestyle and wellbeing. We believe in long-term, true, and mutually-beneficial relationships, and we are always striving to deliver excellence and value.

I truly believe that our customers are at the core of what we do. This approach shapes our company culture and is key to the strong, long-term relationships we share with our customers. I am passionate about providing an environment that fosters innovation, and our team members reflect this. With many years in the Enterprise IT domain, I’ve had extensive experience in general management, including: recruiting, building and managing high-performance teams, internal operations, product development and launch, domestic and international business development, and sales.

Sonia Lynch

Head of Human Resources

My Mission: Make Epicon an innovative space for people to work, develop, and grow.

At Epicon, talent is our business. So how do we attract and retain the most intelligent, motivated, and creative people? By turning traditional thinking on its head and creating a culture that drives creativity, agility, flexibility, and empowerment. Every one of the people that works in our organisation has the ability to improve the way we do things. Collaboration and knowledge-sharing are at our core and we know that people want to work in a way that fits in with their life, career aspirations, and future goals.

I have more than 18 years of experience as a qualified human resources professional, and I am an certified member of the UK Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). I am also a certified HR practitioner with the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), and was elected by my peers as councillor to the AHRI ACT State Council. I’ve worked in a variety of industries, helping companies successfully strengthen engagement, leverage diversity, and inclusion, invest in leadership capabilities, and realign company culture. I find that I’m most passionate about the IT sector, where I specialise in organisational design, change management such as business transfers, organisational culture, employee engagement, and talent management.

Moran Lev

Chief Technology Officer

My Mission: Provide a clear technology roadmap for hitting new milestones in IT innovation and keeping Epicon ahead of the game.

I lead Epicon’s product development towards exceptional goals and I make sure our teams have the talent, support, and leadership needed to reach those targets.

I bring more than 15 years of experience to Epicon in enterprise-level IT management. My specialisation is developing cutting-edge software solutions for large-scale cloud and on-premises enterprise software companies. I hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Tel-Aviv Academic College.

Bradley Collins

Chief Operating Officer

My Mission: Deliver exemplary client services. Create a company framework that maximises agility, innovation, and performance.

I work with Epicon’s board and partners to reshape the company’s organisational and operational structure in order to optimise our workflow and support a seamless product delivery. To achieve that goal, Epicon is based on an industrialised, scalable operational support model that leverages and enhances our key service lines and core capabilities. With the rapid demands of the IT market, businesses need to place a premium on agility to get ahead. I’m dedicated to utilising the most innovative and highly-responsive entrepreneurial practices to keep Epicon at the forefront of innovation.

I have spent more than 30 years in defence and in the public sector, where I specialised in information management and exploitation. I’ve held accounts, operations, and managerial roles at EDS New Zealand, in Hewlett Packard’s UK and Australia branches serving defence, national security, and the public sector, and at the Australian Taxation Office and the Australia Department of Agriculture and Water Resources. I hold a bachelor of engineering in command, control, and information systems management, and a master’s degree in information systems management at Cranfield University.

Danka Jaksic

Financial Controller

My Mission: Operate a fresh and insightful finance function.

Epicon’s finance function plays a pivotal role in the adaptability of our business model. We make sure to provide the strong foundations and simplified financial insights needed for scaling a business in today’s fast-evolving tech environment.

I am a chartered accountant strongly interested in leadership culture and promoting gender diversity in tech companies. I’ve previously worked in the Audit and Assurance Division at KPMG, where I assessed companies’ financial viability and used that information to inform strategic funding decisions. I reviewed organisational risk management practices and developed internal systems and audited companies to ensure companies meet regulatory compliance obligations. I earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of New South Wales.

Steve Griffin

General Manager – Epicon New Zealand

My Mission: Be the foremost ITSM services provider in New Zealand.

At Epicon New Zealand we want to revolutionise the way CIOs manage the complexity and diversity of ICT delivery. Simplicity and versatility are the keys to Epicon’s point of difference and here in New Zealand we enhance that differentiation with a blend of innovation and proven delivery. We place a premium on delivering consistent service excellence and user experience. And we manage to do this effectively by listening to the customer and consistently meeting their requirements.

I was recently the Country Manager of Unisys (New Zealand) Ltd. Previously, I served in senior executive roles in both Hewlett-Packard and EDS, specialising in service delivery, consultancy, and sales, particularly with clients in the government sector.

Hadas Yehezkel

Head of Product

My Mission: Epicon won’t simply keep pace with IT advancements – I aim for our company to shape the future of IT management.

My technological expertise and unorthodox problem-solving help drive Epicon’s entire portfolio of software products and solutions. I see opportunity in the challenges inherent to complex IT implementation projects and I don’t stop until I find the perfect solution.

I have more than two decades worth of experience managing IT implementation for organisations in the defence, public, and private sectors based in Europe, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific region. I have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, with a specialisation in information networking.

Anthony Chia

Head of Architecture and Consulting

My Mission: To deliver innovative and effective solutions to the challenges presented by contemporary Information and Communications Technology.

My 16-plus years in enterprise ICT environments has given me real-world understanding of what works and, more importantly, what doesn’t. This experience is captured in our tried-and-proven solution blueprints that jump start your project. I’m known for a strong sense of personal accountability and pride myself on delivering the highest-quality outcomes for our customers and partners.

I’ve previously worked with multinational service providers, such as Lockheed Martin, Hewlett Packard, EDS and Unisys, where I’ve held senior roles in strategic planning, business development, architecture, design, project implementation, and operations.

Barry Silis

Head of Engineering

My Mission: To deliver simple, manageable solutions that work for my customers.

I am an engineer at heart. Ask me to repeat a task three times and I’ll automate it the second time.

That drive to improve on existing technology is at the core of what we do here at Epicon. I’m excited to be working with an engineering team that can transform a concept from just an idea to a working solution. We strive to create solutions that not only meet business requirements, but also are easy to deploy, manage, and scale.

I’ve spent more than two decades working throughout the full lifecycle of IT software and services, in a variety of industries, including government, financial services, and Telco. I joined Epicon’s leadership team upon its inception and have worked hard to build lasting relationships with our customers.

Thembi Ackerman

Head of Change and Implementation

My Mission: To ensure Epicon presents an exemplary customer experience in our delivery function.

I lead our PMO team to be advocates of the Epicon implementation methodology which ensures that projects are run professionally with control, transparency and efficiency. We aim to bring structure to enable clear expectations whilst giving the flexibility required within a dynamic project.

I have over 20 years’ experience in various roles in Enterprise IT management as well as the running of large programs of work in global organisations. With a Masters in IT Management from Sydney University as well as a BA in English and Communications, I am passionate about IT and the positive disruption that it can bring about, especially when implemented well.
